NTA offers Heritage consultancy services and provides expert, professional advice & direction for residential property owners, architects, builders and property developers for heritage building management. NTA provides detailed heritage assessments & strategies including statements of heritage impact, conservation planning and heritage project planning & management along with heritage and architectural advice in relation to responses to council’s for Development Applications to ‘heritage’ properties.
Noel and his team will devise & develop strategies and solutions to successfully accommodate complex Heritage issues that can arise during the various stages of projects, including local council's Heritage requirements.
